Taya is a breastfeeding mother with over 1,000 hours of clinical experience helping mamas to reach their breastfeeding goals. In 2007, she graduated from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine with a Professional Diploma in Health Sciences and Homeopathic Medicine. From here, she practiced as a Homeopathic Practitioner with a special interest in pregnancy, pediatrics and women’s conditions.

Ellie is a fantastic pelvic floor and orthopedic physiotherapist, who has a passion for serving women both pre and postnatally in their journey of managing their pelvic floor health. She works closely with women to educate them on the effects of pregnancy, delivery and a c-section on their bodies. She believes in developing a goal-based, individualized treatment plan, so as to address pelvic floor dysfunction, poor core function and improper biomechanics. She also works to integrate her manual therapy, McKenzie therapy, functional taping, fascial release, exercise prescription and acupuncture skills to manage any orthopedic issues pre and postnatally for moms. Ellie is dedicated to continuing education. Dr. Lemke bridges the gap between conventional and traditional medicines to support women through their pregnancy, right from optimizing conception all the way into the postnatal period. She uses a combination of comprehensive testing, bioidentical hormones, herbal supplements, vitamins, acupuncture, diet, and lifestyle plans to optimize women’s health as they transition through each phase of pregnancy, including all the highs, lows, and symptoms that come with each trimester.
